Laboratory
Laboratory analyses are an essential tool to verify the proper functioning of the Self-Control System implemented in any company within the food sector. This system, designed to ensure the safety and quality of products, relies heavily on precise controls and tests that detect potential deviations or contaminants at various stages of production, storage, and distribution. Laboratory analyses validate each process, from the receipt of raw materials to the final product, ensuring that foods meet the quality standards required by the client.
For this purpose, ALINEL offers the following analyses:
- Microbiological and physicochemical analysis of raw materials, intermediate products, and final products.
- Nutritional analysis of foods.
- Microbiological analysis of surfaces (work tables, tools, walls, etc.) to verify cleaning and disinfection programs and compliance with RD 2073/2005 (Listeria on surfaces).
- Microbiological analysis of handlers (carrier control).
- Shelf life and half-life studies of foods.
- Analysis of environmental contaminants: storage chambers, food handling rooms, and general work areas.
- Microbiological and physicochemical analysis of drinking water, wells, pools, and cooling towers (Legionella sp.). Analysis of new water catchments and boreholes.
- Microbiological and physicochemical analysis of wastewater and treatment water.
